This Statement sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.
We are regulated under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation and under Irish data protection laws (together the “Applicable Laws”) and we are responsible for the personal data we collect about you as a ‘Controller’.

We are Boxever Ltd T/A Boxever with offices at 2A Ashford House, Tara Street, Dublin 2, Ireland. We are part of the Boxever group of companies with offices at locations around the world. When we refer to “Boxever”, “we”or “us” in this Privacy Statement, we are referring to Boxever Ltd.
Boxever is a technology company with a Customer Intelligence Cloud for CRM and marketing departments that enables them to connect customer, product and operational data to enable true 1:1 personalization.

Information We Collect
- Log Data
As with most websites and technology services delivered over the Internet, our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our Website and record it in log files. - Corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise. We ask you to disclose only as much information as is necessary to provide you with our services or to submit a question, suggestion or comment in relation to boxever.com (our Site) or our services.
- Filling in forms on our Site such as the ‘Contact Us’ form or when downloading whitepapers and requesting further information about our services.

- Engaging with us at trade shows or other events. Prospective customers supply us with information which may include employee contact details; a contact name; email; business address or telephone number.

- Interacting with us as our customer: Customers supply us with log-ins for our Customers’ employees, contractors, agents to use our services (username and password), the content of support requests and billing payment details.
- Becoming a supplier to our company: We may receive personal data through the sign-up process or through interacting with your service or staff.
- Investing in our company. We may collect information about you in order to provide you with information on your investment or to comply with statutory obligations to process information about investors.
In addition, Boxever processes data on our platform on behalf of our customers. This is in accordance with the data processing agreement agreed with our Customers.
Why We Collect Information
We collect information in order to provide you with our services, to market our services, to liaise with our suppliers, to improve our Site and to recruit staff.
We may use this information:
- To set your company up as a client on our systems
- To liaise with you about projects that we are undertaking with you
- To set your company up as a supplier to our company
- To manage our relationship with you (for example customer support activities)
- To create a candidate profile for you if you are a prospective employee

Period of Information Retention
The time periods for which we retain your information depends on the type of information and the purposes for which we use it. We use automated decision-making/profiling in the administration of our Sales & Marketing relationships. Based on preferences expressed through forms or observed on our Website we use a scoring system to increase the relevancy of any Sales & Marketing content that we send.
