Following its launch last year, Gartner has published the Personalisation Engine Magic Quadrant for 2019, recognising the leading players in personalisation globally.

It features the top 14 personalisation providers in a rapidly evolving market, selected from an estimated 500 companies. We’re proud to be included as one of the 14 – reflecting another positive year of innovation and growth for our business.

Our Personalisation Engine – Boxever Engage – was relaunched following a series of refinements and improvements. Designed to power next-generation personalisation for some of the world’s biggest brands, Engage’s decisioning engine uses data, analytics and AI to make informed decisions about what should happen next in every single customer journey – on any channel and in real-time.

Gartner highlighted Engage’s ability to support decision management for complex use cases as a key differentiator. Being recognised reflects the strong growth we’ve seen over the past year in these industries, adding the likes of Ryanair and AIB to our client list.
