AIB selects Boxever to enhance customer experienceBoxever continues expansion into financial services with leading Irish bank
Dublin, Ireland (4 April 2019) – Boxever, the personalisation platform, announces its partnership with Allied Irish Banks (AIB). Boxever will work with AIB on a three year contract to help drive enhanced personalised experiences for its customers.
The partnership marks another important step in AIB’s significant digital transformation project. Boxever’s market-leading technology will help AIB to continue to prioritise the customer at the heart of its business, delivering true one-to-one personalisation. Having already significantly increased investment in IT over the last three years, this announcement reflects the bank’s continued commitment to digital excellence and the customer experience.
