We take your internal data, such as transactional, web and demographic data that’s locked away in separate silos within your organisation and enrich it with external information such as social, marketing, psychographic and interest data to give you the insight you need to drive business growth.

Customer Segmentation

Empower your analysts to create behavioural segments using the information stored in each customer profile. Rule-based segments can be created through our web interface using our guided-rule editor and are updated in real-time as new data arrives. Statistical segments can be created from predictive models that are imported into the system and are also updated in real-time.

Identity Association

Most customers don’t log in, lots book with multiple email address and many use multiple devices. It’s difficult to create a single view of each customer with incomplete information. Boxever solves this with sophisticated algorithms that automatically detect and combine data into single profiles. We will match on email address, credit card, names, travellers or any combination that enables us to ensure that 1 profile always means 1 customer.

Recommendation Engine

Maximise the opportunity to sell at every touch-point by offering the customer products they are most likely to buy – on-line, in email, social or on mobile. Our recommendation engine has taken traditional retail algorithms and customised them specifically for travel to handle challenges like dynamic product availability, constantly changing prices and inconsistent naming and meta-information. We can enable you to recommend flight and ancillary products like Amazon recommends CD’s or books.

We also support a large number of commercial email marketing and CRM applications out of the box and can support bi-direction synchronisation with these applications as required.
