Boxever was launched in 2012 to bridge the gap between company and customer. Great brands have great customers but you need to know and understand your customer in order to offer the right product to them at the right touchpoints. The co-founders Dave, Alan and Dermot all worked in travel e-commerce and saw the lack of understanding that companies had about their customers. They built the Boxever platform from the ground up which is now the leading travel customer intelligence solution.
Dermot O’Connor is an accomplished software technologist with over 12 years experience developing and delivering large, distributed, internet-based systems. Having been a key member of the core product team at Datalex in his early career, Dermot moved to Salmat to consult on and build their promotional marketing SaaS product. He subsequently returned to Datalex and spent a number of years managing large development teams to successful deliveries of complex enterprise products. Dermot holds a BSc. in Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
Laura is a versatile financial leader with more than 20 years of experience in high-growth, international technology companies. She joined Boxever after successful CFO tenures at Skype, NTERA Limited, and eVite Inc. Shesgreen also serves as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee for the Digital Catapult in the UK.
Ingrid is an accomplished leader of People functions with over 10 years of experience in this space. Prior to Boxever, Ingrid worked with both large multinational and high growth Irish technology organisations including Realex Payments, Prometric and Terminalfour. Ingrid has an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Queens University Belfast and a BA in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin
Shane is an experienced leader in Customer Success with over 15 years working in the technology space. Prior to Boxever, he has had senior roles with several global organisations, including SAP, Nestle, Marketo and Salesforce.com. Shane has an MBA from Smurfit Business School in Dublin and will head up the Customer Success team based out of Dublin.
